Horrible place to work and the seniority based work environment is awful. And speed around going well over 25mph when there is people out walking around unlocking boxes. Supervisors are clueless half the time and do things that us regular employees would get pointed for, like phone use, cameras being covered so they can do what they want in the truck. I have busted my butt day in and day out even with the pain I have and I still never was complimented or told I did a great job. My knees and back have suffered tremendously from this work and you get in trouble if you dont keep the cranes moving which makes it really hard on your body. They left me out in the rain and cold many times but in my interview process I was told I would have a truck to sit in if it was to cold, raining, or hot out, But that was very untrue. I was told to buy my own tools for the job and when the safety guy came out for a few days i was stripped of my tools and told that i wasn't allowed to have them after using them for over a month with no issues.
